Registration 

How to Register

In order to secure your child's placement in a class please turn in the following:

1. Completed Registration Form (see below)

2. Two payments:

     a. A nonrefundable deposit of $75.00 for individuals or $105.00 for families

     b. One month advanced tuition payment.  This wil be applied to your May 2013 tuition. 

          It is refundable up until September 15, 2012 with 30 days prior written notice to the Director.

                                     Checks payable to Prince of Peace Preschool.

3. Confirmation letters will be sent out in April 2012.

Before your child begins preschool you will also need to turn in:

      1. Completed Physical Form

      2. Lead Risk Assessment Form

      3. Copy of Birth Certificate
