How to Register
Registration forms are provided below as downloadable PDF documents and are also available at the Information Desks at both entrances of the church. If you don't see them at church, please be sure to ask for assistance.

1. Complete the yellow (Preschool) or white (Kindergarten) Registration from. All tuition fees are listed on the Registration forms.
   
   
2. Attach payment for the non-refundable Registration Fee in the amount specified on the registration form as well as any specified materials fee.
   
   
3. Attach required Advanced Tuition Deposit equal to one month tuition for your child. The tuition deposit will be applied to your May tuition. This deposit is refundable up until September 15th with 30 days prior written notice to the director.
   
   
4. Return to the Welcome Center
   or send the forms to:

Confirmation letters will be sent out in April.

All children are required to have a completed Physical Form and Lead Risk Assessment prior to the start of school.

If and when all classes fill, we will start a waiting list for each type of class requested. For all M-W-F classes, the student/teacher ratio is one teacher for every 10 students for a maximum of 20 students. For all T-TH, the ratio is one teacher for every 9 students for a maximum of 18 students. The maximum enrollment for the Multi-Age classes will be 18 students with two teachers. The maximum enrollment for the Pre-3 class will be 16 students with two teachers. Kindergarten will try to keep a class size of no greater than 15 students with one teacher and one part-time aide.

If all of the classes fill up, we would consider opening up additional classes. These would be additional afternoon classes. We will maintain an up to date waiting list. When an opening occurs, the next person on the list will be notified of the opening.
