Prince of Peace Lutheran Church offers three convenient Sunday worship services. Holy Communion is served at all of our services and our adult-staffed nursery is available during each of the three services.

11:15 am - Crossroads Contemporary Service

Traditional Services

Our Traditional Services are best described as festive worship with choirs, bells, an organ and soloists. These services are held in the main sanctuary located inside the church on the west side of the building. Prior to entering the sanctuary, be sure to get a Worship Folder from an usher so you can follow along with the service.

Crossroads Contemporary Service

Our Crossroads, contemporary service is a more open and informal service accompanied by a live band and contemporary Christian music. This service is held in the Christian Life Center, inside the church along the east side of the building.

We invite you to attend and explore these different styles of service and discover which one suits you best. You may find you enjoy them both!

An Open Invitation for Communion

It is our belief that in the Sacrament of Holy Communion we experience the real presence of the risen Lord in our lives. All who have received their first communion, who receive communion in their home congregation, or who believe in the real presence of Christ, are invited to receive Holy Communion. Grape juice and gluten-free wafers are available on request at the time of reception from the communion assistant.

Children not yet receiving Communion are invited to come forward to receive a blessing.

If you are unable to come to the altar railing and would like to receive communion, please tell an usher and communion will be brought to you.

A special note for parents of young children

Your children are always welcome in worship. Children’s bulletins and activity boxes are available in the lobby. An usher will be pleased to show you where they are.

If you prefer, nursery is provided during Sunday morning services for infants to age 3. Ask an usher for the location of the nursery.

Sunday school is held during the 9:45 service on Sunday starting the week after Labor Day and through the week before Memorial Day.  Check our calendar for the specific Sunday you'll be attending.

Sunday School

Sunday School for children age 3 through high school is available September through May. An adult class is held at 8:30 am every Sunday.
