Serving Opportunities

The primary focus of the Board of Stewardship is to solicit funds through the traditional fall campaign, and to prepare and monitor the church budget.

• Budget Preparation: 
  Collect pledge cards. Plan and prepare annual giving campaign. Assist in preparing the budget. Help prepare regular reports of income for the PPC and congregation. Analyze trends. Help present the budget to the PPC and to the congregation.
• Insurance: 
  Monitor the insurance policies of the church for adequacy of coverage and the schedule of coverage. Set up and maintain a current list of furnishings and equipment for insurance purposes.
• Investment Committee: 
  Review investment options to be sure risk levels of funds are in alignment with PPC requirements.
• Counter: 
  Count Sunday offering as scheduled.  Record and balance.
